Gary W. Lee
Position: Partner Mr. Lee practices primarily in the area of business reorganizations and transactions. He has experience in Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations, as well as transactional and litigation matters involving real estate, commercial transactions and other business related matters. He received his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law in 2002, where he was a member and associate editor of the After being admitted to the Alabama Bar in September of 2002, Mr. Lee practiced in the area of Business Restructuring and Reorganization, and came to Spain & Gillon after serving as judicial law clerk to the Honorable James S. Sledge, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Alabama from 2004 to 2005.
